Green Gateway - Helpdesk
What is it?
The Green Gateway Helpdesk is a free to use, online support platform, developed to assist Financial Intermediaries with technical questions related to green finance criteria and impact reporting requirements for green objectives under the EIB Group’s intermediated finance operations.
It includes:
- A contact form to submit questions directly to our Helpdesk team;
- A comprehensive FAQ library covering common green criteria and reporting topics;
- Additional guidance materials to support your green finance implementation.
Who is it for?
The helpdesk is available to all Financial Intermediaries implementing or preparing to implement EIB Group intermediated finance products such as:
- EIB’s Multiple Beneficiary Intermediated Loans and risk-sharing products with green windows;
- EIF’s InvestEU Sustainability Guarantee product.
